Pre-qualification uses a soft credit check, which does not affect your score and is not visible to other lenders. A hard check is only performed if you accept an offer and proceed with a full application.
Most applicants receive an instant online decision. Occasionally a provider will ask for additional documentation, which adds a business day or two.
Any treatment plan can be financed. The 0% APR promotional rate applies to select medical treatments and to plans above a minimum value — we will tell you at consultation which promotion your plan qualifies for.
Yes. Our financing partners do not charge prepayment penalties, so you can settle the balance at any point without additional cost.
We will restructure the plan. Most treatments can be staged across a longer period so each visit is individually affordable, and our membership programs spread cost monthly without any credit application at all.
Cosmetic treatments are not covered by OHIP or private insurance. Certain medical indications may be reimbursable — masseter Botox® for bruxism, and GLP-1 medication under some private drug plans. We provide the documentation your insurer will ask for.
